Lake Side Residence - The fireplace was a new addition to the den with TV. A spark linear fire was used, with the TV recessed into a custom metal chimney box.

Lake Side Residence - Design studies for the powder bath off the Den. The clients preference was for a lounge like feel. The 'hat box' toilet is a perfect disguise - as is the use of wood paneling. The rooms dimensions are 6'w X 10'l.
Lake Side Residence - The first of three plan options for one of the girls bedrooms - The circulation to the bath is along the exterior wall, created an extended vanity (north facing) with acid etched glass panels for privacy.
Lake side Residence - In this layout, the entry to the bath was centered, with the vanity elevation becoming the focal point. The toilet and shower walls were plate glass, again allowing filtered light from the window wall.
Lake Side Residence - In this layout, the entry to the bath was off center, allowing for a more substantial seating group in the bedroom area.
